Omar E. Gallardo

Omar E. Gallardo practices in the oil and gas area. His practice extends throughout the Permian Basin and includes Eastern New Mexico.
Omar has been involved in the representation of a variety of clients, including regional companies that focus on Permian Basin exploration and larger multi-national companies that conduct national and international exploration ventures. He handles title and acquisition opinions, curative conveyances, and the establishment of guardianships for oil and gas leasing purposes. In the course of title examination, Omar has advised clients on a variety of matters, including the documents of record and the necessary corrections of those documents for clear title and other possible curative options available.
On a day-to-day basis, Omar deals with a variety of issues that involve oil and gas issues but overlap with and extend to other areas of the law, including family law, probate, and general corporate issues.
