Frank N. Cremer is a founding member of the firm and heads the energy group at DGC Law. He delivers efficient, practical advice and work product that assists clients in conducting multiple aspects of their oil and gas operations. Frank represents individuals and oil and gas companies of all sizes, from small companies to Fortune 500 companies, located throughout the southwestern United States.
Frank's practice focuses on oil and gas transactional matters, including all aspects of title examination and the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties. He has extensive experience negotiating and preparing oil and gas leases, operating agreements, assignments, and related documents. Frank also counsels clients in a range of matters that include day-to-day oil and gas operations and issues that arise concerning the status of title. He is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico and he and his group frequently handle transactions in New Mexico as well as Texas, and transactions that cross state lines.
Frank's wealth of experience means that he can handle virtually any type of oil and gas transaction and that he is well equipped to oversee the process by which oil and gas properties are acquired and divested. His emphasis on client service has resulted in numerous longstanding relationships with major oil and gas companies located or doing business in the Permian Basin and the Southwest.
